DESCRIPTION
According to a very ancient and well regarded tradition, sour cherry wine was the favourite drink of Duke Federico da Montefeltro, who "drank virtually no wine except sour cherry or pomegranate". Today its unique, aromatic, sweet taste is highly prized, on its own or with sweet biscuits, tarts or chocolate cakes.
